Postures (how strict you run it):

Black — observe-only

Off-path listener capturing receipts, lineage and analytics. No gating; no latency risk.

Grey — advisory inline

Inline guardrail with soft-fail pass-through. Flags and routes (e.g. human-in-the-loop or quarantine). Default is allow if uncertain.

White — enforcing inline
